Welcome - God is good

Something that does not exist cannot evolve. God spoke and it came to be. God did not use evolution to create the world, He spoke it into existence. That which began to begin must have a cause; God is the uncaused first cause of all things, remove Him from the equation and you'll have chaos. Nothing gives birth to nothing, but God gave life to all things, the life of creation comes from the energy of the Spirit, brooding over the waters, and as God commanded, creation obeyed. He is not subject to time or things, He transcend them. God is not limited by human understanding, human understanding must always come under the subjection of divinely revealed truth. Evolution does not and cannot give an account for creation, it only speak of that which already existed. Saying that the world was created billions of years ago does not solve the problem of evolution, it only pushes back the time frame they think is true. . No matter how far you pushes the time...

When is it that God would say to a man, stand still and see my Salvation? when his bank account is flourishing? When everything is perfect on his job? When all his enemies are silent, and become his friend? When all family members unite to sing the song of love? When all his spiritual brothers and sisters sing his praise? When his body to sickness seems immune? What would be the importance of God speaking those word under those condition? It is when man reach his extreme, and find that he cannot do anymore, but his quest is still incomplete; that's when God speak those word. It is when his kids gone astray, and those bills he cannot pay, that's when God speak those words. Red Sea ahead, mountains on either side and the enemy behind that's when God speaks those words.
